  I ordered through the waiter app.
  Grilled cheese and soup
  Pretzel appetizer
  Wings
  When my food arrived, my sandwich was burnt, the pretzels were burnt, I was missing my soup and the queso for the pretzels.
  I called iron horse; the staff was extremely rude and told me they would remake my food but I would have to come pick it up and I would have to contact waiter (app) myself to be refunded for their (iron horses) mistake.
  I drove up there and was treated rudely by the manager. Her excuse was 'she just got there and had nothing to do with it '
  She offered no apology and told me she'd refund my food but I had to call waiter (app) myself for a refund of the delivery charge.
  I refused to do this again (tried while I was driving there and couldn't get through)
  Manager finally called them on my behalf and stated I would be refunded.
  I hope I am
  I will never eat here again.
