  The front desk girls are very nice and helpful but I had such a poor experience with Dr. Mengarelli. I saw him for a follow up visit from an eye infection his colleague initially treated (Dr. Tran). He would not listen to my questions or attempt to provide me with information. He was quite annoyed when I said I had a question. I felt like he did not want to be bothered with me. On top of this he was an hour late for the appointment and the lady behind me actually left because he was so behind. He was also an hour late in December when he did my eye exam. I know when you see a doctor you have to wait at times, but 2 appointments both an hour late? Maybe he was having an off day because my eye exam experience was fine but if you have to use America Best see Dr. Tran.
